淀橋教会 / Yodobashi Church

Yugeのショーが開催された「ウェスレアン・ホーリネス淀橋教会」は新大久保駅の近くにあります。稲冨昭さんによる建築で、外から見るとなんでもないのに、中に入ってみると美しい曲線の天井や窓が！とても広々とした空間で、一番高い天井にある窓が十字架の形を作っていて素敵でした。
本物の教会の礼拝堂をファッションショーに使うのを、教会が許可したことに驚きです！

Yodobashi church is located in Shinokubo, near JR station. It designed by architect Akira Imadomi. The outside lookes like an ordinary buildng but when you go in, you see beautiful ceiling and window. The chapel is very specious and the window on the high ceiling made a shape of a cross.
I was surprised that the church gave permission to hold a fashion show in the chapel!
