東京都現代美術館で開催中の大岩オスカール：夢見る世界展へ。この展覧会用のHPも良いです。大岩さんは日系ブラジル人で、日本の古い街並を魚眼レンズから見て描いた絵などノスタルジックな作品がある一方で、環境破壊や戦争というテーマにきりこんだものも多くありました。一見とても優しい感じのする作品もですが、よく見ると色んなことを語っていました。

OSCAR OIWA : The Dream of a Sleeping World exhibition started at MOT. The website for this exhibition is good, too.
Mr. Oiwa is a second generation Japanese Brazilian. I really liked one of his paintings depicting an old Japanese street scape as if looking through with fisheye lens. There were also some works with the theme of environmental destruction and wars. His work seemed sweet at first but when I looked at details, I could see a lot more.
